At Unapologetic Expressions, we take pride in offering unique, custom-made products that are handcrafted and produced on demand just for you. Because each item is made to order, once an order enters production we are unable to cancel, modify, or refund it. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

We do not offer cash refunds. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to provide a store credit for unused, unworn items in their original condition. To request store credit, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Store credit can be applied toward any future purchase. 

⚠️ Final Sale Items: Clearance, personalized, and promotional items are marked as Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:
✅ Your order number
✅ Clear photos of the damaged or defective item
✅ A description of the issue

We will review your request and, if approved, send a replacement at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations & Changes

Because each item is made to order, orders may only be cancelled or updated before they enter production. Once production begins, no changes or cancellations can be made. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
